Latest scientific research shows, that the brain is not only there for us to think or feel, but also for maintaining a healthy body. As brain function is influenced by what we have experienced in the past, memories (or more precise: feelings associated with these memories) influence our daily life – more unconsciously than consciously. That makes it hard for us to know why we are as we are, and even harder to implement changes, e.g. back to a healthy body, to happy rather than depressive feelings, to plan and implement any improvements in our life.

One way to improve health is a medical treatment your doctor has suggested to you. An additional way to improve your health is by learning to think and feel “differently”. That will enable your brain to resume health controlling functions in your body rather than running automated learned programs which depress your thoughts, mood and health.
